West End Apartments consists of two buildings with a total of 116 apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom units, including both income-restricted and market-rate apartments. Residents have access to a large community room, an outdoor plaza, on-site laundry, and an indoor bike storage. The ground floor of Phase I is home to an on-site convenience store/restaurant and The Opportunity Alliance’s “The Hub.”

The second phase of this property, West End II, has the distinction of being initially available to asylum seekers who are experiencing homelessness. A robust series of resident support services are available to help West End II residents achieve housing stability as they transition into their new community.
