Avesta Housing has named the Meeting Place campus in Exeter, NH, as its Property of the Year. The award is given annually to honor the team at a property or campus that has had great success during the past year in areas such as occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, regulatory compliance and inspections, quality maintenance, and/or achieved other significant accomplishments such as completed major projects.

Meeting Place consists of 140 homes — – 26 apartments for older adults and 114 non-age restricted apartments — in four buildings. The property includes basketball courts, walking trails, a picnic area, and a community garden. In addition, residents can take advantage of on-site services and activities such as education on SNAP benefits, exercise and wellness, chair yoga, and game clubs.
