CONWAY — About 50 people gathered at a tent outside the River Turn Woods apartment building at 36 Council Drive on Tuesday to celebrate bringing 40 affordable housing units to Conway.
The event featured speeches from Avesta and state officials, plus refreshments and a tour of the property.
The developer, Avesta Housing of Portland, Maine, broke ground on the project in June 2022 and completed it last December at a cost of $12.8 million.
