Avesta Housing has been named a Best Place to Work in Maine for 2024!

The award is given annually to businesses, nonprofits, and government entities across the state. To be eligible, nominees must be at least a year old, employ at least 15 people full- or part-time in Maine, and operate a physical facility in the state.

Nominees are scored on two criteria: 25% of the score is based on an evaluation of workplace policies, practices and demographics, and the remaining 75% is based and an employee survey.
