Avesta Housing President and CEO Rebecca Hatfield has been appointed to a three-year term on the New England Community Development Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

She was promoted to president and CEO in 2022. Prior to working for Avesta, Hatfield worked for Citigroup in various roles within the commercial and corporate banks. She was a Mainebiz Woman to Watch in 2021.
