Humanity
Nick Kjeldgaard, Resident Services Coordinator
Nick joined Avesta Housing in 2014, and through his work as a Resident Services Coordinator has demonstrated a thoughtful and insightful approach to supporting our residents and building community.
Stewardship
Catherine Elliott, Development Officer
Catherine joined Avesta in 2016 as a Development Associate, and quickly demonstrated her ability to manage resources creatively and efficiently, while considering both short- and long-term potential impact.
Relationships
Barbara Soloway, Compliance and Training Manager
A member of the Property Management Team since 2007, Barbara was promoted to her current role where her passion for Avesta’s mission and her genuine desire to build connections are on display daily.
Quality
Kate Cordaro, Office Manager
Since joining Avesta in 2016, Kate has demonstrated an ability to provide stellar support across the organization on a wide variety of projects. She approaches her work with a keen eye toward the details, and she is flexible and willing to assist her colleagues.
