YARMOUTH — Avesta Housing and Yarmouth Senior Housing held a grand opening of their affordable community for seniors at 31 Bartlett Circle on Tuesday, May 1.The two nonprofits worked together to develop Bartlett Woods, a 28-unit senior housing community, serving residents 55 and older.

The three-story building includes an elevator, laundry room, community room with a warming kitchen, an interior trash and recycling room, and 27 on-site parking spaces.
